What we collect

When you submit the booking form at /contact, we collect:

• Your name, email, and phone number.
• The details you choose to share about your event (type, date, venue, services of interest, budget band, estimated guest count).
• Your message.
• Meta: the timestamp, a salted hash of your IP address (for rate-limiting only — the raw IP is never stored), the referring URL, and your browser's user-agent string.

Why we collect it

To respond to your booking enquiry with a quote, confirm your event details, and prevent abuse of the contact form. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiries are retained for up to 24 months to support follow-up conversations and repeat bookings. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

Under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, and request erasure. Email hello@stageupgh.com with the subject "Data request".

Cookies & analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies or collect personal data. We do not run third-party trackers or advertising cookies on this site.
